Information we collect
We collect parent contact details such as parent name, email address and phone number so we can manage the membership and contact you about the service.
After signup, we ask for story preferences such as child first name, child age, preferred story worlds, interests, family members, pets, comfort notes and anything you want us to avoid. We ask for this only so we can create suitable personalised bedtime stories.
Payment and email providers
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Sweetest Dreams does not see or store your full card number.
Service emails, including welcome and story-delivery emails, may be sent using Resend or another trusted transactional email provider.
How we use information
- To start and manage your trial or membership.
- To send your private child story-preferences link.
- To create, review, queue and deliver personalised bedtime stories.
- To provide support, respond to questions and keep the service safe.
We do not sell parent or child personal data.
Child data
We treat child-related information carefully and use it only for the Sweetest Dreams service. We ask parents or guardians to provide the information, and parents can contact us to correct, update or delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct, export or delete your information by contacting hello@sweetestdreams.ie. Some records may need to be retained for legal, billing, fraud-prevention or accounting reasons.
